As we all get into the fall spirit with cider, warm fires, some of us are pushing our bodies to the absolute MAX. We met some folks from Team Troomy this past weekend at the Long Beach Marathon that were absolutely crushing their goals, and got to try some flavors at the booth.
Fan Favorite: Recovery and Boost
As you might expect - there were a ton of fitness fiends at this event, and y'all seemed to LOVE the Boost/Recovery combo. Meshing cordcyeps, reishi, and ashwagandha into two powerful supplements was the way to go - how to take some already GREAT routines to the next level.
What's Everyone Else Using? Magnesium
Surprisingly enough - almost everyone we chatted with is familiar with/has been using magnesium for a while now. As much as we already knew about the supplement and have been considering it as a cornerstone of the industry, don't be surprised if you see it worked into a Troomy blend in the future (more than we already have in our Daily blend, that is).
How are Folks Using Troomy Today?
Not too shocking, but everyone uses Troomy differently. A couple (James and Margaret, thanks guys!) were talking about their experience using Sleep. While James has been using it for longer, he has 2 sleep gummies a night about 5 nights a week. Margaret though is much different. She doesn't need the extra help every night, and only uses it once or twice a week. That's helped her gummies last a little bit longer, and also still get some massive support in her immunity and self care habits.
Will We be Doing More Marathons in the Future?
Absolutely! It's basically become an annual thing for us. We love getting to hit up the fitness community and help them cross over into mushroom-powered wellness every here and there. Even if it's just introducing them to nootropics, or cordyceps, or supplements in general - helping out with finding your "True Me" is exactly why we started this thing.
So be on the lookout for us, next time you do a running event. We just might be there to talk wellness and see how your journey's been going so far.
