I'm a big believer that what we put into our bodies matters. Functional mushrooms are one of my favorite examples of how nutrition can support both brain health and overall wellness.

Frequently asked questions
Got q's? We've got you.
Will these make me trip?
No. Troomy uses functional mushrooms like lion's mane, reishi, and cordyceps, which have zero hallucinogenic properties. The room stays the same color. They support your focus, calm, energy, and sleep, nothing psychedelic about it.
How fast will I feel it?
It depends on the blend. Many people feel Boost, Focus, Calm, Sleep, and Brain Power within 30 to 60 minutes. Daily, Recovery, and Shine work more like a daily vitamin and build over a few weeks.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Then you get your money back. Every blend is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, so trying it is risk-free.
When and how do I take them?
Two gummies a day, or one for Daily. Take the energizing blends in the morning and the calming ones later, and Sleep about 30 minutes before bed. No water, no mixing, just grab and chew.
What if I've tried supplements before and nothing worked?
That's most people's story before Troomy. Usually it's the quality, single extraction and cheap fillers that don't do much. Ours are triple-extracted from the whole mushroom, which is why people feel these when they felt nothing before. And if you don't, you get your money back.
Are they vegan, gluten-free, and tested?
Yes to all. Troomy gummies are vegan-friendly, vegetarian certified, gluten-free, and non-GMO, made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and third-party tested.
